Edmonton Long-Term Neighbourhood Rehab Program
In 2021, O’Hanlon Paving launched a five-year initiative in Edmonton, Alberta aimed at transforming residential roadways, improving storm utility systems, and enhancing the overall infrastructure within our communities.
The neighborhood rehabilitation program improved the functionality, safety, and aesthetics of targeted residential areas and involved storm utility improvements, concrete curbs and walks replacement, construction of new multiuse bike lanes, pulverizing, cement stabilization, and paving of residential roadways, as well as restorative landscaping.

6,500 square metres of mill and overlay installed ensuring a smooth and durable driving experience for residents.

20,000 square metres of cement stabilization providing a solid foundation for roadways.

10,000 tonnes of high-quality asphalt and 9,000 lineal metres of deteriorated concrete curbs and gutters meticulously removed and replaced.

12,000 square metres of separate walk and 2,500 lineal metres of monowalk providing well-defined and accessible pathways.
Numerous crossing repairs, ramps and special concrete projects addressing safety concerns and enhancing the overall functionality of the neighbourhood.
